Counseling aspect of our Program:

The following questions, which are by no means exhaustive, address several issues encountered by partners in marital relationships. Check to see if you identify with any of them and feel free to reach out to us.

  • Frequent quarrelling, fighting and misunderstandings in the family?
  • What are the known triggers or common issues?
  • Perceived signs of not caring for the other partner? What could cause it?
  • Continued strained relationship with your partner? Could this be avoided?
  • Experiencing joy-breakers and challenges on restoring the joy you once had?
  • Feeling unloved? Not loving your partner.
  • Because you have been married for long seems to wear out the love you once had?
  • Feeling emotionally distant from each other?
  • Wishing you had an ideal, exemplary relationship?
  • The presence of children in the family creates a diversion in your relationships.
  • Business and/or career rob you of quality mutual relationship and intimacy?
  • Presuming that your partner is the reason you are not happy in your marriage?

Consider the following quests for outcomes:

  • How much are you willing to change to keep your relationship alive?
  • What would you consider to be your biggest problem? When did it start?
  • Are there any past conflicts that we need to resolve?
  • Why did you originally fall in love?
  • What are the positive qualities you could bring to the relationship?
  • How would you describe your life together and relationship – now?
  • Could marriage counseling/therapy sessions help resolve those common issues?
  • What have you done or tried before to promote change?
  • Have you been to couples’ therapy before?
  • What are your expectations of this couples’ therapy?
